On the 4th September 2023 during the 3rd Annual Africa Civil Society Summit 2023, TRANET-Africa launched the much anticipated report on the study seeking to analyse the effects of government legislation on the situation and operating enviroment for CSOs in East Africa, Cases of Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. During the Launch,  a copy of the report was handed to Ms. Blandina Inkini the officer resposisble for CSOs in the Northern Region of Arusha. She was the chief guest of the event and presided over the official opening Ceremony of the Summit.

During her speech, she thanked the organisers of the event for the summit and stated that it was one of a kind an provided her with the platform to engage directly with the CSOs, hear their greviances and give feedback on most of the concerns CSOs especially in Arusha had been hoping.
